Chinese New Year is a special time for generations of families to get together and spend time with each other. Similarly, it is a time for our children and teachers to bond!
Our centres decked out their classrooms in red and gold to welcome the Chinese New Year, lacing the walls with Chinese New Year artwork and handicrafts done by the kids! Each centre staged its own festival, from making glutinous rice dumplings and nian gao to dressing up in traditional Chinese costumes. It had been a week of jubilant celebrations.
