Jenny, Principal, Tampines Love keeps me going in all aspects of life, including my approach as a leader and an educator. Without love, everything will be about myself, and how I can be happy and content. In this industry, we often have to put others first and make sacrifices - this can only be done if you have love for those around you. Love is the reason why I want the children to smile, grow and learn well; love is the reason why I care for my teachers, especially their well-being and development. My journey as a leader has not been easy, but I am only still here because I have a heart so full of love.
